| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨颌骨骨折后遗留咬错乱的调整与重建。方法：对１２例颌骨骨折后的咬紊乱患者进行了治疗，特别采用烤瓷冠桥的修复方法矫正骨折后错位愈合的牙列进行重建。结果：所有患者均恢复了良好的咬关系及功能，原有颞下颌关节症状者治疗后症状消失，随访０５ａ～１ａ效果良好。结论：颌骨骨折后遗留的咬错乱应予以调整，重建良好的咬关系，应用烤瓷冠桥矫正骨折愈合后错位牙列是可行的。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study methods of adjusting and reconstructing malocclusion resulted from jaw fracture.Methods:Occlusal disorders were treated in 12 patients with maxillary or mandibular fracture.Results:Satisfatory occlusal relationship and function were obtained in all patients.After treatment,symptoms of temporomadibular joint were relieved.Following up for 6 to 12 months,the results remained unchanged.Conclusion:Malocclusion resulted from jaw frature should be adjusted and good occlusion relationship should be reconstructed.It is practicable to adjust malocclusal teeth resulted from jaw fracture by using porcelain bridge. |
