| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨骨科围术期抗菌药物合理应用方案实施的可行性。方法:通过综合干预,制定可行的规章制度及合理的用药方案,对运行病历及时监控与反馈相关信息等手段,比较干预前、后骨科手术患者围术期预防性应用抗菌药物的情况。结果:干预组住院时间、费用、抗菌药物费用及其所占比例下降;各类切口预防性用药时间和选药方案逐步规范,平均用药时间缩短,术前0.5～2h用药的比例增大,选择第1、2代头孢菌素作为手术预防用药品种的比例增大;联合用药的比例下降,应用抗菌药物的合理率有显著提高。结论:实施合理用药综合管理措施有助于规范围术期抗菌药物的应用和提高抗菌药物临床合理应用水平。
