| 摘 要： | 慢性充血性左心力衰竭已成为全球严重的公共卫生问题，不但是心脏病患者预后不良的重要预测因素，而且消耗了大量卫生资源。80年代以来，多中心大规模随机临床试验的结果证明，血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂(ACEI)可以改善充血性左心力衰竭患者的预后，并已成为慢性充血性心力衰竭治疗的基石。

| Abstract: | Chronic congestive heart failure is a major public health problem in the world. It is not only an important prognostic predictor in patients with heart diseases, but also huge sums of medicare money are spent on the diagnosis and treatment of heart failure. Since 1980s many large scale, multicenter randomized controlled trials(RCTs) have showed that angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitors (ACEI) can improve the outcomes in patients with chronic congestive heart failure. It has been a cornerstone in the management of chronic congestive heart failure. |
