| 摘 要： | 目的探讨Medpor材料骨折修复术治疗眼眶爆裂性骨折的效果。方法采用Medpor材料充填，修复眶壁骨折区，比较手术前后复视程度、眼球运动和眼球突出度。结果148例术后复视消失，眼球运动良好，眼球突出度改善，术后无不良反应。结论Medpor用于眼眶爆裂性骨折修复手术，手术安全，方法简单，疗效可靠。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the method and effect of reconstructive surgery for the blowout fracture of the orbit.Methods To reconstruct the orbit with Medpor implantation and to check the diplopia,visual activity and exophthalmos of the postoperation against the preoperation.Results The diplopia,visual activity and exophthalmos were corrected.No complication occurred.Conclusion It was considered safe,simple and reliable that the reconstructive surgery with Medpor implantation for the blowout fracture of the o... |
