| 摘 要： | 目的应用全血成分分离机采用白膜法制备浓缩血小板，寻找分离机的最佳参数。方法选择不同的运行参数制备血小板，对血小板及红细胞回收率进行比较，分析重新离心和轻微脂肪血对回收率的影响。结果确定参数posdetl（光电探头第1次探测的位置，决定富含血小板血浆层的转移量）为4时，血小板回收率最高约为70％，重新离心对血小板回收率无影响，轻微脂肪血的血小板回收率偏低。结论posdetl为4是白膜法机器分离血小板的最佳参数。

| Abstract: | Objective Try to find the optimum parameter for automatic blood components extractor.Method Different operating parameters were chosen to make comparisons for the platelet recovery rate and study on the influencing factors.Result The parameter pos det1 was set to be 4,and the platelet recovery rate reached 70%.Conclusion The optimum parameter is 4 of pos det1 in automatic blood components separator. |
