| 摘 要： | 自上世纪80年代中期至90年代以来，现代鼻内窥镜外科技术在我国得到了很大发展。目前，鼻内窥镜手术主要以慢性鼻窦炎、鼻息肉为治疗对象。鼻内窥间外科学CAI光盘的设计，主要内容为鼻窦、鼻腔的解剖生理概述；鼻窦影像学诊断和鼻内窥镜外科学三个主要部分。将相关的临床资料，以文字、声音、动画、图像、视频等形式有机地结合起来，制作完成CAI光盘，应用在临床教学上，获得了良好的效果。

| Abstract: | This article mainly about the designing and using the computer assistant illustration software of nasal endoscopic surgery. Since 1980's the modern nasal endoscopic surgery has been greatly improved in our country. Nowadays, the mainly treatment of chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps is nasal endoscopic surgery. So the CAI software of nasal endoscopic surgery contains three aspects of anatomy and physiology about nasal, image diagnose of nasal and the technology of nasal endoscopic surgery. With widely using the multimedia technology, this software contains text image animation sound and film clips. It takes good effect in clinical training in hospital. |
