| 摘 要： | 目的:应用B超识别胎儿脐带绕颈的不同类型的声像特点及误诊分析。方法:采用B超对胎儿颈部及脐带进行综合分析确定其关系。结果:B超可以准确检测出脐带绕颈并确定其类型。结论:胎儿颈部可见u型压迹为及脐带绕颈一周w型压迹为脐带绕颈两周,压迹上方暗区圆形为松绕型、暗区扁形的紧绕颈。

| Abstract: | Objective:Applicated the B-ultrasound examination to recoginse the sonographic characteristics of the different types of umbilical cord around the neck and make an analysis of misdiagnosis .
