摘    要:目的探讨儿童恶性血液病并发毛细血管渗漏综合征(CLS)发生的危险因素,提高对儿童恶性血液病并发毛细血管渗漏
综合征的临床认识。方法采用30例儿童恶性血液病发生CLS患儿的临床资料,对CLS发生的高危因素进行多元logistic回归
分析。结果在0.05检验水准下,有无低氧血症,有无败血症与应变量之间的联系有统计学意义,CLS前白细胞数目,有无严重
骨髓抑制在检验水准附近。结论毛细血管渗漏综合征为儿童恶性血液病治疗过程中的少见急重症,低氧血症和败血症是儿童
恶性血液病并发CLS的危险因素,儿内科医师应引起重视。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the risk factors for capillary leak syndrome (CLS) in children with malignant hematologic
diseases. Methods Thirty children with hematological malignancies complicated with CLS were analyzed with multiple
logistic regression analysis. Results At the test level of 0.05, hypoxemia and septicemia were found to significantly correlate
with CLS in these children, and the number of white blood cells before CLS and severe bone marrow suppression were near
the test level. Conclusion Hypoxemia and septicemia are risk factors for CLS in children with malignant hematologic diseases.
