新门诊大楼信息化建设核心系统研究

目的：探讨新门诊大楼中具备“亮点”的信息化系统及其对门诊信息化建设的意义。方法：从信息发布系统、自助服务系统以及智能化分诊排队系统3个方面分析了新门诊信息化系统对于改善就诊环境、优化门诊就医流程的重要性。结果：结合新门诊大楼建设的实际情况，给出了3个系统的设计方案及实际作用。结论：新门诊大楼的启用对于门诊信息化建设是一次极大的提升，必将对医院的管理模式、就医模式乃至全院的信息化建设产生积极影响。

Research on Core Information System of New Outpatient Building

Objective To explore the pro-requisite ＂highlight＂ of information system in a new outpatient building and its significance on outpatient information construction. Methods The importance of new outpatient information system for improving the treatment of the environment and optimizing the outpatient treatment processes were analyzed from information dissemination system, self-service system and intelligent queuing system. Results The systemic design plan and actual role of the three systems were given by combining actual situation of the new outpatient building construction. Conclusion Having greatly improving for the outpatient information construction and the new outpatient building will have a positive impact on hospital management model, medical model and inforrnationation construction.
