| 摘 要： | 目的：对苯乙腈原料直接水解法生产药用苯乙酸钠的生产工艺进行研究，解决生产副产物较多，脱色，过滤困难等问题。方法：采用25％浓度的NaOH液碱，对苯乙腈原料进行水解反应；采用二次加液碱的两步反应，生成苯乙酸钠。结论：采用两步反应，使产品质量得到很大提高。

| Abstract: | Object:Take mandelonitrile as material,then research the technology of producing phenylacetic acid Na with directly hydrolysis method.Settle the problem of having more by- products,decolorization and difficult to filter.Method:Use 25% concentration NaOH liquid alka- li,hydrolysis the mandelonitrile materials.Take liquid alkali two times with two steps relation, then we have phenylacetic acid Na.Conclusion:Take two steps reaction can improve the quality, this method is easy to take on. |
