中老年人高血压与体质指数、腰臀比关系的研究

目的了解苏北农村社区高血压患病与超重和肥胖的关系。方法对海安县 5 836名 35岁以上自然人群进行了整群抽样调查。结果男、女间高血压患病差异无显著性 ,在体质指数超常及腰臀比正常和超常状态下男女间差异有显著性意义 ;调查人群中 ,女性肥胖发生率高于男性 ,高血压患者中 ,男性肥胖发生率高于女性。结论体质指数和腰臀比超常均增加其患高血压的危险性 ,腰臀比对高血压患病的影响显著高于体质指数对高血压患病的影响 ;肥胖对男性的影响高于对女性的影响 ;当腰臀比异常时 ,体质指数对男女高血压患病产生显著递增性影响

Study of the Relationship between Hypertension and BMI and WHR in Middle-aged and Elderly People

Objective To know the relationship of hypertension morbidity to the overweight and obesity in the north rural of Jiangsu province.Method With population-cluster sampling,5 836 adults aged over 35 years old was investigated in Haian County.Results On the incidences of hypertension,there was no significant difference between man and woman with normal body weight,but significant between man and woman with high waist hip ratio (WHR) and supernormal body mass index (BMI).The incidence of obesity in female was higher than that in male among the whole subjects,but lower among the patients with hypertension.Conclusion Both supernormal of WHR and BMI may increase the risk of hypertension,and the effect of WHR on hypertension in significantly stronger than that of BMI.The obesity has more influence on men than it does on women.Supermormal WHR may significantly increase the incidence of the hypertension.
