| 摘 要： | 目的制备复方替硝唑凝胶滴耳剂。方法以替硝唑、氯霉素为主药,卡泊姆为凝胶基质,用紫外分光光度法测定替硝唑的含量。结果替硝唑的平均回收率为100.82%,RSD为0.29%。结论该凝胶剂制备工艺简单,凝胶性质稳定,质量可靠,可满足临床需要。

| Abstract: | Objective To prepare the compound tinidazole gel eardrops. Methods The gel eardrops was prepared by taking tinidazole and chloramphenicol as main components and carbpol as base material.The content of tinidazole was determined with UV spectrophotometry.Results The average recoveryrate of tinidazole was 100.82% with RSD of 0.29%.Conclusion The gelagent can be prepared easily, its proprety is stable and its quality can be controlled for the clinical use. |
