| 摘 要： | 目的：从形态学及肺功能研究肺纤维化的形成过程，为治疗肺纤维化提供依据。方法：采用博莱霉素复制肺纤维化大鼠模型，对空白对照组、模型组、抗纤一号干预组、抗纤一号治疗组、醋酸泼尼松组进行肺功能检查和肺组织形态学观察。结果：抗纤一号干预组、抗纤一号治疗组和醋酸泼尼松组大鼠肺功能与模型组比较均有不同程度的改善，同时病理结果显示各治疗组肺纤维化改变明显好于模型组。结论：抗纤一号能不同程度地预防及阻隔肺纤维化大鼠的病理形成过程，改善大鼠肺功能。

| Abstract: | Objective ：To study the formation of pulmonary fibrosis from morphological and tunctional aspects ana to offer therapy for pulmonary fibrosis. Methods ：The bleomycin induced pulmonary fibrosis rats in control model group, Kangxian 1st interfere group,Kangxian 1st treatment group and prednisone group as well as rats in blank control group were detected for the lung function and observed for the lung tissue morphologically. Results：Rats lung function of Kangxian 1st interfere group, Kangxian 1st treatment group,prednisone group improved compared with that of control model group. Pulmonary fibrosis showed good results in other treating groups than that in the model group. Conclusion：Kangxian 1st can prevent pulmonary ibrosis and block formation of it and improve lung function in rats. |
