| 摘 要： | 本文通过对ＤＩＣＯＭ（Ｄｉｇｉｔａｌ Ｉｍａｇｉｎｇ ａｎｄ Ｃｏｍｍｕｎｉｃａｔｉｏｎ ｉｎ Ｍｅｓｉｃｉｎｅ）的产生、特点及其组成部分的介绍，分析了应用实体、服务及消息交流等概念，正确地认识ＤＩＣＯＭ标准，有利于医学图像存档与通讯系统（ＰＡＣＳ）的实施。
