头针对急性局灶性脑缺血再灌注损伤大鼠脑血流量和环核苷酸的影响

摘    要:目的观察头针对急性局灶性脑缺血再灌注损伤大鼠脑血流量和环核苷酸的影响.方法大脑中动脉线栓法制作局灶性脑缺血再灌注损伤模型.将 24只大鼠分为假手术组、模型组、观察组和对照组,采用氢清除法测定患侧大脑皮层和海马区的血流量,用放射免疫分析测定血浆环磷酸腺苷 (cAMP)和环磷酸鸟苷 (cGMP)的含量.结果局灶性脑缺血模型大鼠患侧大脑皮层和海马区血流量显著减少,血浆 cAMP含量降低,与假手术组比较,差异有显著性;给予头针和体针治疗后大鼠大脑皮层血流量、血浆 cAMP含量均明显增加,但组间比较差异有显著性.结论头针治疗能增加脑缺血局部血流量,升高血浆 cAMP含量,对急性局灶性脑缺血再灌注损伤大鼠有明显的治疗和预防作用.

Abstract:Objective:To study the effect of scalp acupuncture on rCBF and cyclic nucleot ide in the model rats of MCAO and reperfusion injury.Methods:Rat model of MCAO a nd reperfusion injury was built with the middle cerebral artery occlusion techni que and embolism method.All of the 24 rats were separated into 4 groups;false op eration group,model group,SA- treated group and body- acupuncture treated grou p.The volume of cortical rCBF and the content of cAMP in plasma were tested.Resu lts:After MCAO,RCBF and the content of cAMP in plasma of all the rats significan tly decreased;The volume of RCBF in the cerebral cortex of the SA group was high er than that of the body- acupuncture group,while the content of cAMP in plasma in both the SA group and the body- acupuncture group increased.Conclusion:SA h as curative effect on the model rat of MCAO and reperfusion injury.
