| 摘 要： | 目的分析鼻咽部取样活检和颈淋巴结活检对远处转移的影响。方法108例鼻咽癌病人给予放射治疗。69例经鼻咽部取样活检。39例经颈淋巴结取样活检。结果经鼻咽活检病人五年存活率54.7%,远处转移率30.4%。经颈淋巴结活检病人五年存活率33.4%,远处转移率65.5%。结论经颈淋巴结活检可以增加鼻咽癌远处转移的发生率。

| Abstract: | ve To analyse the effects of biopsy through local and cervical sampling on distant metastasis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma. Methods Radiotherapy was given to 108 cases of nasopharyngeal carcinoma. 69 cases were given biopsy sampling from nasopharyngeal lesion, 39 cases were given biopsy sampling from cervical lymphatic node. Results The rate of 5 years survival duration and the rate of distant metastasis were 30.4%,and 54.7% in the local biopsy group, compareng with 39.4% and 65.5% respectively in the cervical biopsy group. Conclusion The biopsy samping from cervical lymphatic node may raise the rate of distant metastasis of the disease. |
