补气通络方对大鼠坐骨神经损伤后功能与结构恢复的影响

目的：观察补气通络方对周围神经损伤的治疗效果，为临床用药提供依据。方法：清洁级Wistar大鼠48只，行右坐骨神经横形切断后即刻原位吻合术造模，制成周围神经损伤模型，随机分成4组：补气通络胶囊组、补气通络注射液组、维生素B1加B6组和空白组。经过造模给药后4、8、12周行坐骨神经传导速度（NCV）和神经轴突计数（NAC）测定作为观测指标，判断神经功能与结构的修复情况。结果：补气通络方2个治疗组的神传导速度及神经轴突计数均比维生素B1加B6组和空白组恢复快（P＜0．05或P＜0．01）。结论：补气通络方对周围神经损伤后神经功能与结构的恢复均有促进作用。

The Influence of Buqi Tongluo Fang on Functional and Struc tural Recovery of Damaged Sciatic Nerve in Rats

ve: To observe the curative effect of Buqi Tongluo Fang (BTF) for damage of peripheral nerve (DPN), and to provide evidence for clinical application of medicine. Methods: 48 clean - grade Wistar rats were established as model of DPN by tran-section of right sciatic nerve with instant in - situ anastomosis. The model rats were allocated to four groups randomly: BT capsule group, BT injection group, vitamin B1 and B6 group and placebo control group. After 4, 8 and 12 weeks of medication, neural conductive ve-locity (NCV) of sciatic nerve and neural axon count (NAC) were measured to estimate the functional and structural recovery of the nerve. Results: The recovery of NCV and NAC in BT capsule group and BT injection group was faster than that in vitamin B1 and B6 group and placebo control group ( P < 0. 05 or P < 0. 01). Conclusion: BTF can promote the recovery of neural function and structure in DPN.
