对基层食品药品监督机构行政执法案卷的调查分析

目的了解基层食品药品监督机构的执法状况,探讨其行政处罚的特点与规律。方法对19个基层食品药品监督管理机构成立7年来全部行政处罚案卷进行调研并分析。结果基层药械执法工作虽取得显著成效,但仍存在诸多不尽人意之处。结论基层药械执法工作者务必增强依法行政的意识,不断提升药械执法的效率与质量。

Investigation and Analysis of the Administrative Penalty Records of grass-roots units of Food and Drug Administration

Objective Understanding the grass-roots unit of the food and drug administration law enforcement states,exploring the characteristic and rule of administrative penalty.Methods Investigate and analyze all the administrative penalty records of 19 grass-roots units of the food and drug administration which last for 7 years.Results The drug and medical appliance of the grass-roots unit law enforcement have achieved remarkable success,but there was a lot of being desired.Conclusion The drug and medical appliance of grass-roots unit law enforcement must enhance the consciousness of administration according to law,improve the efficiency and quality.
