复方银屑颗粒抗炎抗免疫的实验研究

目的:对复方银屑颗粒进行抗炎抗免疫研究。方法:动物灌服给予复方银屑颗粒后,采用二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀法、角叉菜胶致大鼠足跖肿胀法、完全福氏佐剂致大鼠足跖肿胀法观察其抗炎作用;小鼠免疫器官重量法观察其对非特异性免疫系统的影响;小鼠迟发性超敏法观察其对变态反应的作用;小鼠淋巴细胞转化率、小鼠血清溶血素法观察其对特异性免疫功能的影响。结果:复方银屑颗粒对二甲苯所致的小鼠耳肿胀有明显抑制作用;对角叉菜胶和完全福氏佐剂所致的大鼠急性关节肿胀有明显抑制作用;能使正常小鼠胸腺、脾脏指数减小;对二硝基氟苯(DNFB)诱导的小鼠迟发性超敏反应所引起的耳肿胀有明显的抑制作用;能明显抑制小鼠淋巴细胞转化率和小鼠血清溶血素生成。结论:复方银屑颗粒有明显的抗炎和免疫抑制作用。

Experimental Research of the Anti-inflammatory and Immunodepressive Effects of Compound Yinxie Granule

Objective: To investigate the anti-inflammatory and immunodepressive effects of compound Yinxie Granule. Methods: After oral administration, the anti-inflammatory effects were evaluated with the mouse models of auricular edema induced by dimethyl benzenl, and paw swelling rats induced by carrageenin and complete freund's adjuvant. The non-specific immunologic effects were examined by weighing thymus and spleen. The effects on allergy were studied by the method of delayed type hypersensitivity in mice. The effects on specific immunologic function were tested by measurement of lymphocyte transition rate and serum haemolysin formation in mice. Results: Compound Yinxie Granule inhibited ear swelling induced by dimethyl benzenl,paw swelling induced by carrageenin and complete freund's adjuvant remarkably;the Granule decreased the thymic weight index and spleen weight index,and also decreased the ear swelling caused by the delayed type hypersensitivity,meanwhile restrained lymphocyte transformation and serum haemolysin formation. Conclusion: Compound Yinxie Granule has obvious anti-inflammatory and immunodepressive effects.
