| 摘 要： | 本文报道我院从１９７１年４月至１９９４年４月收治经病理证实的颅内海绵状血管瘤（ＣＡ）３５例。复习他们的临床表现、神经放射学、病理学特点，尤其ＣＴ、ＭＲ的特点及其对本病的诊断价值。对本病的治疗方法的选择、手术指征等结合文献进行讨论。

| Abstract: | The authors report 35 cases of intracranial cavernous angiotnas treated at their hospital between April 1971 and April 1994. The Clinical, neuro-radiological and pathological features are reviewed. The value of CT and/or MRI in the diagnosis of this lesion is emphasized. The typical CT and MRI characteristics of such lesion are described. Surgical excision is recommended as the treatment of choice. Surgical indications and results of operation in these series are mentioned. |
