| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨大肠癌与ｒａｓ Ｐ＾２１表达的关系。方法：应用流式细胞术和细胞免疫荧光染色技术，对４６例大肠肿瘤细胞ｒａｓ Ｐ＾２１表达进行定量分析。结果：大肠癌的ｒａｓＰ＾２１表达阳性率为６５．７％，癌组织的Ｐ＾２１表达量明显高于腺癌，移行粘膜和正常粘膜。结论：测定大肠肿瘤ｒａｓ Ｐ＾２１表达有助于大肠癌的早期诊断和治疗。

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the relationship between colorectal cancer and ras P21 expression.Methods: The oncogene ras P21 expression in 46 cases of colorectal tumor wsa analysed quantitatively using flow cytomeny and cyto-immunofluorescence staining technique. Results: The positive rate of ras P21 expression was 65.7% in colorectal carcinomas ras p21 expression higher in colorectal adenocarcinomas than in adenomas, transitional mucosa and normal mucosa. Conctheions: Detechon of ras p21 expression in colorectal tumors may be helpful in eary diagnosis and treatment. |
