| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨农村地区居民高血压病的膳食影响因素，为农村居民开展高血压病的预防和膳食指导提供参考依据．方法：对壶关县石河末村25岁以上常住1256名居民进行食物频率问卷调查和血压测量，采用SPSS12．0软件进行数据录入和统计分析，并从食物摄入量与高血压病患病关系进行多因素Logistic回归分析．结果：壶关县农村1256名居民高血压病患病率为23．96％，男26．10％（160／613）女21．92％（141／643）性别间差异无统计学意义（χ^2=2．999，P〉0．05）．进入回归模型的食物因素中腌制蔬菜和油脂类食物是高血压病的危险因素（OR值分别为1．33和1．07）．新鲜蔬菜水果摄入多对高血压患病有保护作用（OR值为0．71）．结论：食物中高血压病的保护因素和危险因素并存，合理膳食改善食物结构及健康生活方式是防治高血压的主要措施．
