| 摘 要： | 作者用胃癌MG_7单克隆抗体,对54例胃粘膜活检组织中其相应抗原的表达情况进行了免疫电镜研究(包埋后PAP法)。在25例胃癌,7例不典型增生及12例胃炎伴肠化病例中,其阳性率分别为84％(21/25)、42.8％(3/7)、和8％(1/12)。10例正常胃粘膜均为阴性。结果表明胃癌MG_7单克隆抗体对胃癌组织有较高的特异性,在不同类型的胃癌中,其表达方式不同;部分不典型增生组织MG_7抗原阳性,潜在恶变倾向,应密切随访。

| Abstract: | By means of immuno-electronmicroscope technique (PAP method) with monoclonal antiboby (MG7-Ab) against gastric cancer 54 cases of biopsy specimen of gastric mucosa were studied. The rate of positive expression of the MG7 antigen were 84%, 42% and 8% in gastric cancer, dysplasia and atrophic gastritis as compared with meteplasia. The results revealed that MG7-Ab was highly specific for gastric cancer and expression of MG7 -Ag varied with different types of gastric cancer. It was also showed that there was potential malignization in some dysplasia tissues, in which MG7 -Ag expression was positive. Therefore, close follow up should be performed. |
