普洛迪治疗血管性痴呆的疗效观察

目的观察普洛迪治疗血管性痴呆(VaD)的临床效果。方法将入选的54例VaD患者随机分为普洛迪组(30例)和对照组(24例)。普洛迪组患者采用普洛迪10ml静脉滴注,对照组患者采用丹参16ml静脉滴注,均1次/d,共用28d。两组患者均在治疗前及治疗后28d、3个月时用简易智力状态检查(MMSE)量表、日常生活能力(ADL)量表及脑卒中患者迟发性神经元死亡(DND)量表进行评分,比较两组的评分结果。结果治疗前两组患者的MMSE总分、ADL评分及DND评分间差别均无显著性意义(P>0·05);治疗后28d、3个月时两组患者以上各量表评分间差别均有显著性意义(P<0·05)。结论普洛迪能改善轻中度VaD患者的认知功能,提高患者生活质量。

Curative Effects of Troxerutin and Cerebroprotein Hydrolysate Injection on Vascular Dementia

Objective To investigate the curative effects of Troxerutin and cerebroprotein hydrolysate injection (TCHI) on vascular dementia (VaD).Methods 54 patients with VaD were randomly divided into TCHI group (30 cases,TCHI 10ml qd for 28d) and the control group (24 cases,Danshen 16ml qd for 28d).All patients were scored with Chinese version of Mini-State Examination (MMSE),ADL and DND before the treatment and on the 28th day and in the third month after the treatment,the scores were compared between the two groups.Results Before the treatment,there was no significant difference in MMSE total score,ADL and DND scores between the two groups (P>0.05);on the 28th day after the treatment,there was significant difference in MMSE total score,ADL and DND scores (P<0.05);in the third month after the treatment,there was significant difference in each score of the two groups (P<0.01).Conclusion TCHI can improve the cognitive intelligence and life quality of patients with mild and moderate vascular dementia.
