| 摘 要： | 慢性肺源性心脏病(以下简称肺心病)并发肝脏损害时,肝功能的絮状反应阳性率远低于血清白蛋白(TP)降低的检出率,特别白蛋白(A)降低的检出率。本组病例肝功异常者占1.2％,血清白蛋白降低者占64.2％且与病情及病程长短有关。
