抗感冒药与小鼠唇腭裂发生的实验研究

目的 探讨抗感冒药与唇腭裂的关系及对胎鼠整体发育的影响。方法 选NIH系小鼠,随机分12组,每组各20只。几种常见的抗感冒药用0.5％的羧甲基纤维素钠配成所需的浓度,在受孕的第6～15天按体重给药量灌胃,另设对照组和阳性对照组。在受孕第18天,剖腹取出胎鼠进行各项指标检查。结果　①对照组及各种抗感冒药实验组均未见先天性唇腭裂的发生。②康泰克高组有胎鼠发生先天性四肢缺损畸形;各抗感冒药实验组胎鼠身长及尾长明显短于对照组;阳性对照、圣济低、康泰克低、速效低、速效高、感冒通低及感冒通高各组胎鼠体重明显低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 孕期服用抗感冒药不会直接导致胎鼠先天性唇腭裂的发生,但可导致胎鼠的发育迟缓,可能导致胎鼠先天性四肢畸形的发生。

THE RELATIONSHIP OF ANTI-COLD-DRUG AND CLEF LIP AND PALATE: AN EXPERIMENTAL STUDY IN MICE

ve To explore whether the anti-cold-drug produce cleft lip and palate of mouse and to assess the affection of anti-cold-drug acting on the development level of the mouse embryo. Methods Two virgin female was mated overnight with a male mouse of proven fertility. The day on which a vaginal plug was found was designated as day 0 of pregnancy . Dispart pregnant mice to 12 groups randomly, 20 pergnant mice in every group. Mix the anti-cold-drugs into liquid with 0.5% CMC. During the 6th-15th of gestation, the pregnant mice were irrigated with the mixed liquid. Intraperitoneal injection of dexamethasone were given at the 11th and 12th day in the positive control group. On day 18, pregnant females were killed by cervical dislocation. The fetuses were externally examined macroscopically and stereomicrosco-pically . Results No cleft lip and palate were discovered in the control group and anti-cold-drugs experimental groups; There were limbs malformation in the Contac (high). In all anti-cold-drugs experiment groups the fetus height and trail length were significantly shorter than that of the control (P <0.01). In the positive, Shengji (low), Contac (low), Suxiaoshangfeng (low), Suxiaoshangfeng (high), Ganmaotong (low) and Ganmaotong (high), the weight of fetuses were lighter than that of the control (P < 0.05) .Conclusion It suggested that anti-cold-drug do not directly result in CLP during pregnancy, but it could induce mouse fetus's developmental retardation and maybe induce congenital limbs malformation of mouse fetus.
