白细胞介素-6及C反应蛋白检测对预测胎膜早破合并绒毛膜羊膜炎的意义

目的 探讨检测母血白细胞介素-6（IL-6）及C反应蛋白（CRP）对因胎膜早破（PROM）而导致的绒毛膜羊膜炎（CMA）早期预测的意义.方法 采集胎膜早破孕妇的血清测定IL-6及CRP含量,并对产妇的胎盘及胎膜采样进行病理检查.结果 （1）PROM合并CMA者,母血IL-6、CRP含量明显升高（P＜0.01）.（2）随着破膜时间的延长,母血IL-6及CRP的水平明显升高（P＜0.01）.（3）母血IL-6≥11 ng/L、CRP≥10 mg/L为预测诊断PROM合并早期CMA的阳性率高.结论 母血IL-6及CRP水平的监测对PROM合并CMA有一定的早期诊断意义.

Significance of interleukin-6 and C-reactive protein as a predictor of chorioamnionitis in patients with premature rupture of the membranes

Objective To investigate significance of interleukin-6 and C-reactive protein as a predictor of chorioamnionitis in patients with premature rupture of the membranes. Methods Maternal serum was collected for detection of IL-6 and CRP, and placenta and membranes sample for pathology examination. Results ( 1 ) The level of maternal serum CRP and IL-6 raised signficantly in patients with premature rupture of membranes complicated by chorioamnionitis(P ＜0.01). (2)The levels of maternal serum CRP and IL-6 also raised signficantly with the time prolongation of premature rupture of themembranes( P ＜ 0. 0l ). ( 3 ) The positive rate of the predict diagnosis of PROM with early CMA was promoted by the standard of CRP≥10 mg/L and IL-6≥11 ng/L. Conclusion The maternal serum CRP and IL-6 determination could be used for the prediction of early CMA.
