茶多酚诱导体外培养膀胱癌EJ细胞的凋亡

目的：研究茶多酚对体外培养的膀胱癌EJ细胞的抑制和诱导凋亡的作用。方法：用琼脂糖凝胶电泳,光学显微镜的方法,观察EJ细胞经过不同剂量茶多酚处理后在生理,生化和细胞 态学等指标的改变来检测细胞凋亡,结果：琼脂糖终胶电泳呈典型的“梯状电泳带”,光学显微镜镜观察见EJ细胞在形态学上凋亡细胞的形态学改变。结论：茶多酚对EJ细胞有明显的诱导细胞凋亡作用。

Induction of Apoptosis of Bladder Cancer Cell Line EJ By Tea Polyphenols

Objective To study the induction of apoptosis of bladder cancer cell line EJ by tea polyphenols in vitro.Methods Inhibition of EJ cell culture by different concentrations of polyphenols was observed by EJ cell growth activity.Apoptosis was detected by DNA gel electrophoresis, light microscope photography.Results After the BJ cells were treated by tea polyphenols in vitro,it was shown that the growth of EJ cells was inhibited."DNA ladder" was viewed on agarose gel of 1.0% concentration.Typical cell apoptosis structure,nuclear condensation and fragmentation were observed at 36 th hour after.Conclusion Polyphenols of tea does have an effect on inhibiting and killing of EJ cells,and one of its mechanism is proposed partially by inducing apoptosis.
