中医专科护理技术操作流程评分标准的制定及其临床应用

目的:规范专科护理技术操作流程和评分标准。方法:运用调查法、观察法和试验法讨论、分析、修订除基础护理操作以外的各项专科护理操作流程和评价标准,并进行临床培训和考核。结果:汇编了临床常用的70项专科护理技术操作、流程和评价标准及图片说明和相关理论。结论:运用护理程序理论制定专科护理技术操作流程和评价标准,充实了专科护理建设内容,体现以人为本的理念,强调护患沟通,杜绝无声操作,做到操作前起始评估、操作中持续评估、操作后效果评价,并将继续教育贯穿始终,提高病人对护理技术的满意度,从而提高护理质量。

The formulation and application of operating instructions and grading standard of special nursing skill of traditional Chinese medicine

Objective:To standardize the operating instructions and grading stan- dard of the special nursing skills. Methods:The operating instructions and grading standard of all of the special nursing skills except the basic nursing skills were talked over, analyzed and modified using investigation, observation and experiment. Clinical training and appraisal was held. Results:The operating instructions and grading stan- dard of 70 special nursing skills were compiled, including the pictures and relevant theory. Conclusion:Using nursing procedure theory to formulate the operating instruc- tions and grading standard of special nursing skills could enrich the special nursing content, embody human-oriented idea, emphasize nurse-patient communication, stop silent operation, apply "assess before operation, continuously assess during operation and evaluate after operation", and provide continuous education during the operation. It could increase the patient satisfaction for nursing skills and improve nursing quality.
