中医药治疗特应性皮炎研究进展

中医认为特应性皮炎多由于患儿先天禀赋不足而素体热盛;或后天调摄不当而致脾虚湿滞,复感风、湿、热邪,合而发病。近年来,通过辨证论治、应用经验方、针灸治疗、开发有效颗粒剂、中药外治等治疗方法,使中医药在治疗特应性皮炎方面的应用日益增加,并在治疗和防止复发方面,显示出比单纯应用西药更明显的疗效,而且可以更好地保障显著的近期疗效和低复发率,提高患者生活质量。实验室研究也提示血清总IgE及IL-4的水平高低可作为特应性皮炎临床辨证分型的参考指标之一,为特应性皮炎的中医辨证治疗提供了一定的理论依据。

Progress in Treatment of Atopic Dermatitis by Traditional Chinese Medicine

It is thought in TCM that atopic dermatitis results from congenital inadequacy based on excess heat constitution;or improper habits causing weakness of the spleen and following dampness retention,combined with undue wind,dampness and heat.In recent years,through syndrome differentiation,the application of empirical formulae,acupuncture treatment,development of effective herb granules,and the external treatment,there are increasing application in the treatment of atopic dermatitis.Chinese medicine has a more obvious effect on the treatment and relapse prevention than the single application of western medicine.Furthermore,it ensures the significant near-term effect and lower relapse rate and improves the quality of life.Laboratory studies have also suggested that serum total IgE and IL-4 can be used as the reference indexes for syndrome differentiation of atopic dermatitis,which provides a theoretical basis for the TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment of atopic dermatitis.
