高等医学院校研究生教育质量保障体系建设的思考与探索

随着社会、经济的飞速发展，人们对医药卫生服务质量的要求越来越高，生物-心理-社会医学模式将主导医疗卫生实践，培养基础知识扎实、创造力强、专业知识和能力过硬、综合素质高的医学人才已经成为医学教育发展的必然趋势，对研究生教育质量也提出了新的要求。因此，探讨适应新时代发展需要的医学研究生教育质量保障体系已经成为亟待解决的问题。本文对高等医学院校研究生教育质量保障体系的发展状况进行了分析，指出了存在的问题；同时，结合辽宁医学院研究生教育的实际情况提出了相应的对策。

Reflection and exploration on quality guarantee system about education of graduate students in medical colleges

With the rapid development of the economy and the society,there have been more demanding requirement of high-quality healty vale and medical practices.Bio-psycho-social medical model is at a dominant position in medical treatment practice.it is becoming necessary in medical education that persons are trained with basic knowledge,special ability,creativity and integrative diathesis.New requests are taken in the quality of education of graduate students.And it is of necessity to build quality guarantee system about education of medical graduate students.In the thesis,status of quality guarantee system is researched and problems are pointed out.Making reference to practice of Liaoning Medical University.author brings forward countermeasures to consummate quality guarantee system about education of graduate students in medical colleges and promote education of graduate students.
