儿童肾病综合征患者免疫球蛋白的检测及其临床意义

目的探讨儿童肾病综合征患者血清中免疫球蛋白的变化及临床意义。方法采用散射比浊法检测50例肾病综合征患儿血清中IgG、IgA、IgM、IgE的含量,并以20例正常儿童作比较。结果肾病综合征的患儿血清的IgG明显低于正常儿童（P〈0.01）。IgM、IgE显著高于正常儿童（P〈0.01）,IgA与正常儿童无差异。结论测定肾病综合征患儿血清中IgG、IgA、IgM、IgE的水平,可为进一步探讨其发病机理提供重要的参考依据,同时对指导临床治疗具有一定的意义。
