摘    要:雌激素受体与相应的胞内第二信号通路的关联亟待确定,这对解释雌激素作用的突触传播效应(即通过神经元突触连接而使突触后不合雌激素受体的细胞对雌激素做出应答)有指导性意义。其次,雌激素的神经保护作用已被证实,这为雌激素疗法治疗阿尔茨海默综合征提供可能。但是由于雌激素疗法在诱发乳腺癌,心脑血管疾病等方面仍存在隐患。故雌激素替代物治疗阿尔茨海默综合征仍需娶科举家曼深入的研究与探讨。

Abstract:This review focuses on recent advances in our understanding of estrogen receptors in the brain, with a deep discussion of the estrogen and its membrane--associated putative ERs effects on the pathogenesis of Alzheimer disease as well as the path of human cognition. The mechanisms of estrogen actions, including genomic and nongenomic pathways, are also presented. Additionally, the estrogen replacement therapy for the aged women vulnerable to Alzheimer's disease designed according to the mechanism of estrogen actions is discussed.
