阜康阿魏根和叶的生药学研究

摘    要:目的研究阜康阿魏根和叶的生药学特征,为其鉴别和应用提供参考依据。方法采用性状鉴别、显微鉴别、理化鉴别、浸出物含量测定等方法对阜康阿魏的根和叶进行生药学研究。结果根的粉末中散在网纹导管、纤维、油囊,叶的粉末中可见非腺毛、不定式气孔、螺纹导管。初步确定了阜康阿魏根和叶中可能含有氨基酸、蛋白质、有机酸、糖及苷类、酚类、鞣质以及香豆素类化合物。根的水、醇溶性浸出物含量分别为29.59%、42.32%;叶的水、醇溶性浸出物含量分别为40.65%、42.39%。结论该研究为阜康阿魏的鉴定以及进一步开发利用提供了参考依据。

Abstract:Objective To provide reference for the identification and application of the roots and leaves of Ferula fukanensis K.M. Shen. ,to study its pharmacognostic characteristics.Methods The Morphological identification,microscopic identification,physical and chemical identification,extract determination,methods were employed for the pharmacognostic study of Ferula fukanensis K.M. Shen..Results Many reticulated vessels,fibers and oil sac in the powder of roots.Non-glandular hairs,infinitive holes and spiral vessels were interspersed in the power of leaves.The Ferula fukanensis K.M. Shen. probably contained amino acid,protein,organic acids,carbohydrates and their glycosides,phenols,tannins and coumarins.The water-soluble extracts and ethanol extracts of roots were 29.59% and 42.32%.The leaves′ were 40.65% and 42.39%.Conclusion The results provide evidence for the identification as well as further exploitation and utilization of Ferula fukanensis K.M. Shen..
