| 摘 要： | 用聚合酶链反应(PCR)技术检测16份同源的血清和咽拭子标本中风疹病毒，其中6份阳性。从Vero细胞中分离到2株风疹病毒。结果表明，PCR法是一种敏感性高，特异性强，快速的检测方法。

| Abstract: | Rubella virus RNA was detected in 6 clinical specimens with suspected out of 16 samples rubella and 2 strains of Rubella virus was isolated from 16 throad swabs in vero cell culture Identification of these agents by neutralization test indicated that they are rubella virus Compared with isolation of virus,the PCR has the advantages of more rapid,more sensitive and more specific for rubella virus surveilence |
