矽肺患者肺功能障碍的临床观察

目的探讨矽肺病人各期肺功能通气障碍程度与性质。方法随机选取矽肺患者215例（其中Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ期患者分别为167、40、8例）;非矽肺患者30例,设为对照组。本文对这四组病例的血气分析、以及肺功能检查指标进行统计学分析。结果矽肺病人肺功能障碍早期以阻塞型和混合型通气障碍为主,Ⅱ、Ⅲ期矽肺患者肺功能障碍类型以限制性通气功能障碍为主。结论长期接触高浓度的生产性粉尘对肺功能的损害作用明显,而且损害的程度随着病期的进展而加重。

The clinical observation of the lung function impairment in silicosis patients

Objective To explore the impairment degree and character of lung functions in silicosis patients.Methods The lung functions tests were done in 215 male silicosis（167 cases in stage Ⅰ,40 cases in stage Ⅱ,and 8 cases in stage Ⅲ） and 30 male workers without silicosis as the control group randomly.The testing indices included lung functions,blood gas analysis.Results The stage Ⅰ silicosis patients had mainly the obstructive function and mixed function,whereas the stage Ⅱ and stage Ⅲ silicosis patients had the restriction of lung function.Conclusion The impairment of lung function were obviously brought by working in high concentration industrial dust and the injurious extent was worse with stages of silicosis increased.
