| 摘 要： | 目的评价慢性阻塞性肺疾病（COPD）急性加重期进行营养支持治疗后,患者血气分析和肺功能指标的变化。方法选择COPD急性加重期患者共55例,随机分为营养组（28例）与对照组（27例）,两组均接受相同的抗感染和对症治疗,营养组除标准饮食外,每日静滴10%脂肪乳500 mL,复方氨基酸250 mL。结果 2周后营养组与对照组的比较,两组PaO2均升高,PaCO2均降低,但营养组变化较明显（P〈0.01）,两组肺功能指标（FEV1、FEV1/FVC）均升高,但营养组变化较明显（P〈0.05）。结论 COPD急性加重期患者提供合理的营养支持可显著改善其血气和肺功能指标,提高临床疗效。
