氟喹诺酮类抗生素不良反应108例临床分析

目的探讨氟喹诺酮类药品不良反应（ADR）的临床表现特点及其分布规律。方法对我院报告的108例临床使用氟喹诺酮类药物治疗出现不良反应的患者采用回顾性调查与分析。结果男性患者明显多于女性患者（59对49）,发生年龄以21-60岁居多,占62.96%;不良反应主要在神经系统、过敏反应、皮肤;局部和口服的不良反应发生率明显低于肌内注射和静脉注射。结论临床上应用氟喹诺酮类药物时,需充分认识其不良反应发生情况,严格掌握其适应证、禁忌证,避免不合理的联合用药,从而能有效的预防、降低不良反应的发生率。

The clinical-analysis of 108 cases of adverse reactions caused by Fluoroquinolones
