| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨达芬奇辅助左半结肠切除术的安全性及可行性.方法:总结2010年5月至11月完成的3例达芬奇辅助左半结肠切除术的方法及术后恢复情况.结果:3例手术均顺利完成,无中转开腹.手术时间150～190min,术中出血量50～80ml.术后无并发症发生.结论:达芬奇系统用于左半结肠癌手术是安全可行的.

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the safety and feasibility of robot-assisted laparoscopic left hemicolectomy with Da vinci system for colonic cancer.Methods:Three patients with colonic cancer received robot-assisted laparoscopic left hemicolectomy from May to Nov.2010.Their operative methods and postoperative recovery were summarized.Results:All operations were performed successfully.There was no postoperative complications.The operative time was 150-190min,the blood loss was 50-80ml.Conclusions:Robot-assisted lap... |
