| 摘 要： | 目的探讨2型糖尿病合并肺部感染病原菌的分布及耐药情况。方法采用安徽恒星HX-21细菌鉴定药敏分析仪对我院2007年1月-2010年2月住院2型糖尿病合并肺部感染156株病原菌进行鉴定及药敏分析。结果 156株病原菌中,以革兰阴性杆菌为主,占80.77%（126/156）。革兰阳性球菌中金黄色葡萄球菌14株（8.97%）,粪肠球菌8株（5.13%）。革兰阴性杆菌对头孢哌酮/舒巴坦、亚胺培南及哌拉西林/他唑巴坦耐药率最低,万古霉素对革兰阳性球菌耐药率为0。结论 2型糖尿病合并肺部感染发病率高。病原菌以多重耐药的革兰阴性杆菌为主,在使用抗生素前应尽早做病原菌培养,根据药敏结果合理使用抗菌药物。
