针灸以俞募穴为主治疗难愈肩周炎的自身对照研究

目的:探讨治疗病程在三个月以上的肩周炎有效方法.方法:采用自身对照法,对服用或外敷中、西药或常规针刺等治疗无效且停止1个月以上的30例患者采用以经筋论治、以俞募穴为主、痛点穴位注射的针灸疗法,评估患者的症状变化.结果:30例患者经1个疗程治疗全部有效,治愈显效率86.7%,近期有效率92.0%,远期观察有效率86.4%.结论:以经筋论治,取俞募穴为主治疗难愈肩周炎有见效快、疗程短、疗效好、疗效巩固等优点.

Research on acupuncture and moxibustion principally at Shu-Mu points for treatment of hard-to-cure periarthritis of shoulder by comparing with themselves

Objective To explore an effective method for treatment of over-three-month peripheral shoulder arthritis. Methods After one month without any treatment,30 cases, who had been treated with Chinese medicine and western medicine or routine acupuncture cure without any effects, were treated with method of "on the basis of divergent meridians theory, putting the back Shu points and the front Mu points,point injection therapy at acupoints", the changes of the symptoms before and after treatment were evaluated. Results All treatments of 30 cases were effective after one course, the sum of curative and effective rate was 86.7%,the short-term effective rate was 92.0%,the long-term effective rate was 86.4%. Conclusion Method of "on the basis of divergent meridians theory, putting Shu-Mu point" for the treatment of hard-to-cure peripheral shoulder arthritis has a better and stable therapeatic effect in a shorter therapeatic course.
