2004-2008年鲍曼不动杆菌检出情况及耐药变迁分析

目的了解鲍曼不动杆菌的临床分布及其耐药性。方法采用回顾性调查方法，对2004-2008年临床分离的鲍曼不动杆菌的耐药率及临床分布情况进行统计分析。结果433株鲍曼不动杆菌的分布以痰标本为主，占83．6％，其次是伤口分泌物；科室分布以重症监护病房（ICU）（124株）、呼吸内科（88株）、神经外科（61株）为主；对庆大霉素、阿米卡星、妥布霉素、哌拉西林、哌拉西林／他唑巴坦、头孢吡肟、头孢噻肟、头孢曲松、头孢他啶、复方新诺明、环丙沙星的耐药率均大于70．0％，且耐药率有逐步升高趋势，多重耐药率高，亚胺培南的抗菌活性好，耐药率仅为0．0％～10．7％。病区间耐药率（除亚胺培南外）差异有统计学意义（P〈0．005）。结论鲍曼不动杆菌最常见于痰标本，主要分布于ICU、呼吸科、神经外科，对除碳青霉烯类外的常用抗菌药物呈高度耐药及多重耐药（尤其是ICU），临床应根据药敏结果合理选药治疗。

The variations of drug resistance of acinetobacter baumannii detected in the last five years
