癃闭舒胶囊治疗良性前列腺增生症的疗效与疗程的关系研究

目的:探讨癃闭舒胶囊在治疗良性前列腺增生症(Benign prostatic hyperplasia,BPH)的疗效与疗程的关系。方法:选取自2013年3月—2013年9月就诊的BPH患者142例为研究对象,随机分为两组。实验组治疗采用癃闭舒胶囊,3/d,bid。对照组采用安慰剂,3/d,bid。治疗疗程90 d,分别于治疗前、治疗后30、60、90 d,检测前列腺症状评分(IPSS)、最大尿流率、平均尿流率、残余尿量、前列腺体积等指标变化。结果:与对照组相比,实验组患者的检测指标(IPSS评分、最大尿流率、平均尿流率、残余尿量、前列腺体积)指标症状和体征均明显改善,且实验组随治疗时间的延长,症状改善越明显。结论:癃闭舒胶囊在治疗BPH时具有显著的临床效果,患者症状与体征改善明显,可以作为治疗该病的一线药物。

Study on Relationship between Curative Effect and Course of Treatment about Longbishu Capsule in Treatment of Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia

Objective： To study the relationship between curative effect and course of treatment about Longbishu capsule in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia. Method： 142 cases of BPH patients were as the research object in our hospital in 2013 March to September 2013 and were randomly divided into two groups. The experimental group used Longbishu capsule in the treatment. The control group used placebo treatment. The course of treatment was 90 d. Before treatment,30 days,60 days,90 days after treatment respectively,we detected prostate symptom score（ IPSS）,maximal urinary flow rate,average urine flow rate,residual urine volume and prostate volume index. Results： Compared with the control group,the detection index（ IPSS score,maximum flow rate,average urine flow rate,residual urine volume,the volume of the prostate）,symptoms and signs of patients in the experimental group were significantly improved. Moreover,with the extension of treatment time,the experimental group＇s symptoms improved more obviously. Conclusion： Longbishu capsule has good efficacy in the treatment of BPH and the symptoms and signs of patients can be improved. It can be used as a first- line treatment for the disease.
