循证护理在支气管哮喘患儿吸入治疗中的应用效果

目的 探讨循证护理在支气管哮喘患儿吸入治疗中的应用效果.方法 将82例支气管哮喘患儿随机分为对照组和观察组,每组41例.2组均根据患儿的病情对其进行分级治疗.对照组按常规护理方法进行护理;观察组按循证护理的方法进行护理.比较2组患儿的治疗效果及吸入技术掌握情况.结果 观察组吸入技术掌握的正确率明显高于对照组（90.2％比61.0％,P＜0.05）,治疗有效率明显高于对照组（92.7％比65.9％,P＜0.05）.结论 循证护理可有效地引导支气管哮喘患儿进行吸入治疗,对其病情改善有利.

Application Effects of Evidence-based Nursing in Inhalation Therapy of Bronchial Asthma in Children

Objective To observe the efficacy of evidence-based nursing in the inhalation therapy of bronchial asthma in children.Methods A total of 82 bronchial asthma children were given classified treatment according to the disease condition. Furthermore, these patients were randomly assign to receive either routine nursing （control group, n=41） and evidence-based nursing （observation group, n= 41）. The therapeutic effect and recovery condition were compared between the two groups. Results Compared with control group, the accuracy of inhalation technology was increased and the disease was improved in observation group （90.2% vs 61.0% ,92.7% vs 65.9%; all P〈0.05）.Conchlsion Evidence- based nursing can effectively guide inhalation therapy and improve disease condition in children with bronchial asthma.
