旋针法泪道探通术治疗新生儿泪囊炎的疗效

目的评价旋针法泪道探通术治疗新生儿泪囊炎的安全性及临床疗效。方法对171例（共188眼）经按摩泪囊及泪道冲洗治疗无效的新生儿泪囊炎患儿采用旋针法泪道探通术治疗，观察其临床疗效及安全性。结果171例共188眼泪囊炎，1次探通成功185眼，占98．4％，2次探通成功1眼，占0．5％，失败2眼，占1．1％。探通成功者术后均无假性泪道、感染及泪小点撕裂等并发症，随访3个月，无一例复发。结论旋针法泪道探通术治疗新生儿泪囊炎具有操作简单、疗程短、并发症少、治愈率高的优点。

Efficacy of Rotary Needle Probing of Lacrimal Passage in Treatment of Neonatal Dacryocystitis

Objective To evaluate the safety and clinical efficacy of rotary needle probing of lacrimal passage in the treatment of neonatal dacryocystitis. Methods Clinical efficacy and safety of rotary needle probing of lacrimal passage were observed in 171 neonates （188 eyes） who underwent ineffective treatment with lacrimal sac massage and lacrimal passage irrigation for dacryocystitis. Results Of the 188 eyes, rotary needle probing of lacrimal passage was successfully performed at the first attempt in 185 （98.4%）, and at the second attempt in 1 （0.5%）.Two neonates（2 eyes, 1.1%） und- erwent failed probing. No false lacrimal passages, infections,lacrimal point avulsion and other complications were found after successful probing. No recurrences occurred after 3 months of follow-up. Conclusion Rotary needle probing of lacrimal passage for neonatal dacryocystitis has the advantages of simnle oneration, short treatment course, few comnlications and high cure rate.
