老年冠心病非心脏手术患者死亡原因分析

目的 探讨老年冠心病非心脏手术患者死亡原因。方法 对我院1993年至1999年12月44例老年非脏手术死亡患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 住院期间死亡29例，有21例死于术后后并发症。主要死亡原因为心脏事件，肺部感染及晚期恶性肿瘤。随访期死亡15例，12例死于晚期恶性肿瘤。结论 老年冠心病非心脏手术患者术后心肺并发症是其住院死亡的主要原因，恶性肿瘤是随访死亡的主要原因。预防和治疗术后心肺并发症，对降低才年冠非心脏手术患者的早期死亡率有着主要作用。

Analysis of the cause of death in the aged patients with CHD undergoing noncardiac sungeny

Objective To investigate the cause of death in the aged patients with CHD who underwent noncardiac surgeres. Methods The clinical data of forty four aged patients with CAD who underwent noncardial surgery and died in our hospital from January 1993 to December 1999 were collected and analyzed. Results Twenty nine patients died in hospital after surgery.Twenty one of them died from postoperative complications.Cardial event and pulmornary infection were the major causes of death.Tweleve of additional fifteen died from maligant turmors in following up. Conclusions The cardiac and pulmonary complications are the major causes of death in the aged patients with CHD who underwent noncardiac surgeny.Most of the patients followed up died from malignant tumors.To prevent and treat the cardiac and pulmonany complications is very important for decreasing the postoperative mortality in hospital.
