| 摘 要： | 目的为观察前列腺素E1PGE1对糖尿病周围神经病变的作用设计此实验.方法治疗组105例糖尿病周围神经病变患者给予PGE1针剂90μg溶于生理盐水500ml中静脉滴注,每天一次.两周一疗程,每疗程间歇4～5天,共两个疗程.结果PGE1能有效改善或减轻糖尿病周围神经病变所致的疼痛、麻木和其它感觉障碍.总有效率为93.33%,同对照组相比有显著差异性P＜0.001.尽管治疗前后周围神经的传导速度有所增加,但经统计学比较两者无显著差异性.结论PGE1能有效地改善或减轻糖尿病周围神经有病变所引起的疼痛、麻木、缩小感觉障碍、麻木、缩小感觉障碍平面.间接说明微血管因素在糖尿病周围发病机制中起着较为重要的作用.

| Abstract: | Objective In order to study the effect of PGE 1 on diabetic neuropathy. Methods: 65 Cases of diabetes mellites with peripheral neuropathy were given daily intravenonse injection of PGE 1 (90 ug)for four weeks. The Control group(50cases) were given VitaminBl table 30mg/d and Asprin 50mg/d. Results: After four weeks, the treatment group an effective rate 93.33% increased significantly that of the control group(P<0.001). but unchanged Nerve Conduction Velocity(NCV) in treatment. Conclusion: PGE 1 is one of the choices in diabetic neuropathy. There data suggested indirectly that endoneurial capillary abnormality played an important role in diabetic neuropathy an. |
