选择性输卵管加压通液和再通术治疗输卵管阻塞的临床应用

目的:比较选择性输卵管加压通液与再通术治疗输卵管阻塞性不孕症的疗效。方法:68例有继发不孕的患者,随机分组。实验组36例,阻塞输卵管68支;对照组32例,阻塞输卵管60支;实验组行选择性输卵管加压通液加再通术;对照组仅用选择性输卵管加压通液治疗。所有患者进行治疗后追踪,1年后复查子宫输卵管造影,统计对比资料。结果:实验组再通成功率63.23%(43/68),对照组31.67%(19/60),两组对比有极显著差异(P<0.001)。1年后仍有输卵管阻塞的实验组8支,对照组12支。结论:选择性输卵管加压通液合并再通术是治疗输卵管阻塞的一种简单、安全、有效的方法。

The comparison of interventionai tubal recanalization and drug irrigation recanalization in the management of fallopian tube obstruction

Objective: To explore and compare the efficacy of the interventional and drug irrigation tube recanalization for infertile women with fallopian tube obstruction. Methods: Thirty six cases with 68 tubal obstructions in the research group were treated with interventional tube recanalization and drugs infusion into tube through catheter. Other 32 cases with 60 tubal obstructions in the comparison group were treated only with drug irrigation. All cases received followed up examination after 12 months. Results: The successful rate of recanalization was 63.23%(43/68)in the research group and 31.67%(19/60)in the comparison group, respectively. There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.001). The recurrence was 8 tube in the research group 12 tube in the comparison group 12 months. Conclusion: The interventional tubal recanalization is a simple, safe, and more effective treatment method of choice compared with the tubal recanalization with the traditional drug irrigation for fallopian tube obstruction.
