重症肌无力患者的乙酰胆硷受体抗体和循环免疫复合物的研究

本文用双抗体放射免疫法研究了重症肌无力(MG)患者血清中乙酰胆硷受体抗体(AchRab)的变化;同时,用牛胶固素酶联免疫吸附试验检测了MG患者的循环免疫复合物(CIC)水平。结果发现:MG患者血清中存在着高滴度的AchRab,全身型MG患者的AchRab滴度高于眼型患者,在全身型MG组中,病情重度患者的AchRab滴度高于中度及轻度患者。对CIC水平的研究发现,MG患者的CIC水平高于正常人,全身型MG患者的CIC水平高于眼型患者,在全身型MG组中,病情重度患者的CIC水平高于中度及轻度患者。本研究还发现MG患者的AchRab滴度与CIC水平之间存在着明显的相关性。

Studies on Acetylcholine Receptor Antibody and Circulating Immune Complex in Myasthenia Gravis

The titers of serum acetylcholine receptor antibody (AchRab) in patients with myasthenia gravis (MG) were studied by the double antibody radioimtnunoassay. The levels of circulating immune complex (CIC) in MG patients were also detected by the bovine conglutinin ELISA. The results showed that the titers of AchRab in MG patients were higher than those in normal controls and the titers of AchRab in generalized type MG were higher than those in ocular type MG. In generalized MG group, the titers of AchRab in severe MG patients were higher than those in moderate and mild MG patients. Studies on the levels of CIC indicated that the levels Of CIC in MG patients were higher than those in normal controls and the increase of CIC in the generalized type MG was more marked than that in the ocular type MG. In generalized MG group, the levels of CIC in severe MG patients were higher than those in moderate and mild MG patients. Studies also showed that the titers of AchRab were closely related to the levels of CIC in MG patients.
