摘    要:①目的探讨神经节苷酯(GM-1)对大鼠颅脑损伤后血清神经元特异性烯醇化酶和学习记忆的影响。②方法采用Marmarou的方法建立大鼠重型闭合性颅脑创伤模型,将120只SD大鼠随机分为创伤组、治疗组、假手术组及对照组,前3组各36只分为伤后6、12、24、48、72 h5个时相组,每亚组6只,进行血清神经元特异性烯醇化酶检测,余6只进行Morris水迷宫测试;对照组12只,其中6只进行血清神经元特异性烯醇化酶检测,另6只进行Morris水迷宫测试。③结果GM-1能够使大鼠颅脑损伤后血清神经元特异性烯醇化酶的高峰明显下调并改善学习记忆功能。④结论GM-1可能是治疗脑损伤的有效药物。
